Shopping Cart

We use the PayPal Shopping Cart. This system is owned and operated by eBay and therefore is one of the largest and most secure online payment methods in the world.
You don’t have to be a member of PayPal to use the shopping cart, and therefore can use any major credit or debit card for your payment. When using the system, just click on this PayPal button. The default quantity is set to 1 item. If you want to change quantities, you may do so on the PayPal shopping cart page that opens up. You can also return to make additional item purchases.

International Shipments!
We do welcome International Orders. Please email us for a shipping quote. We will respond within 24-48 hours. If you go forward with the order, we will send you a separate order/invoice payment form. You can pay by paypal or any major credit card.

Shipping damage:

If an item is damaged in shipping, we put in a UPS or FedEx claim and ask the customer to assist us in keeping the box, packing materials etc. Once the claim is filed we will replace the item for the customer. FedEx only allows 21 days from the ship date to enter a damaged claim. We use FedEx as our primary shipper, please inform your customers that defectives must be claimed within 7 days of receipt of the product.

Defective Item:

If an item has a manufacturer defect we will replace or refund. We will send the customer a prepaid FedEx label to ship the item back to our warehouse. With our return label the customer can give the return item to a FedEx driver or drop at any FedEx/Kinkos store. In the case of missing or duplicate chess pieces, we will supply needed pieces at no charge.


Saitek Chess Clocks have a 30-day warranty. We will replace any defective item and will send a return label for the damaged item to be returned to us.

Customer Dissatisfaction, Buyer’s Remorse:

If a customer wants to return an item, they can return it for a full refund, less shipping charges. The item must be returned to us in good salable condition and the customer pays for return shipping. If the item is returned damaged because of poor packing there will be a 50% restocking fee deducted from the refund.

Chess Piece Replacement:

We will replace chess pieces as needed over time for a nominal charge. The charge per piece depends on the set, and the customer pays shipping.
